I like that someone opined that the term BIBLE is an acronym for Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. Because the Bible is the blueprint to best way of life in the Kingdom of God.
Ephesians 4:11-16
God, therefore, according to Ephesians 4:11-16, gave the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors (shepherds), and teachers for the equipment of believers for the work of ministry and maturing them to the fullness of Christ. He, consequently, gave me as a pastor, to equip and mature believers according to the principles that are contained in the Bible and that He reveals to me.
Additionally, all life is spiritual. That is, the spiritual domain is the core of who you are and why you do what you do.
So if you are feeling stuck or dull in your spiritual life, or going through the spiritual devotions/disciplines like attending church or reading your Bible, but you’re not growing in your faith, then this is the place where you’ll get fully equipped.
”11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

I have, therefore, been called, gifted, and sent/given by God to you, to sharpen you through teachings and trainings that are based on the Bible. Consequently, I am able by God’s grace to sharpen you, believer-to-believer, as Proverbs 27:17 declares. And all this is so that you can live a victorious Kingdom/Christian life and fulfill God’s purpose for your life.
I believe that one of the 3 key ways of being sharpened is through the 5-fold ministries as I indicated earlier. And I come in through the pastoral ministry, with my weapon of sharpening being BeSharpened.com.
But you have to give/commit/devote your time and attention for you to realize growth and ultimately maturity. This is because spiritual growth takes time and is both personal and communal (interdependent) in nature. And this is because God created you and me to depend on each other.
