Prayer for Deliverance from Enemies” is necessitated by people or forces that constantly work against you. Their aim is usually to make your life difficult. And most often than not, to ensure your downfall, especially at your place of work.

These enemies can also be a manifestation of spiritual limitation over your life or career. This could be occasioned by a generational curse courtesy of the sins of your fathers.

Regardless, God is able to deliver you. And He can do so with your active participation through prayer.

When Daniel knew that the document had been signed, he went to his house where he had windows in his upper chamber open toward Jerusalem. He got down on his knees three times a day and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as he had done previously.

Daniel 6:10English Standard Version (ESV)

Daniel 6:10 is the climax of the scheme that his colleagues (enemies) had hatched against him. Their target was to ensure that Daniel could not be promoted.

Daniel was scheduled for a promotion because of his excellent/distinguished work in serving the king. Therefore the king wanted to put him in charge of all his servants. But his colleagues could stand him being promoted.

They, therefore, plotted to have him look bad before the king. And he responded by engaging in prayers for his deliverance.

The end result was that God delivered him from the schemes of his enemies. God also made his enemies suffer from their own schemes.

Prayer for Deliverance from your Enemies

Like Daniel, when you realize that you have enemies, it is a good call to prayer. Daniel was a prayer warrior since the Bible records that he prayed three times a day. And this is not strange because Paul encourages us to pray all the time (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

You too can engage the power of prayer and experience deliverance from your enemies. And when you pray for deliverance, be specific. Mention the names of those that have schemed against you. Also, specify the plot that they have come up with.

Remember to include thanksgiving in your prayers. You can thank God for where you are. And you can also thank Him in advance.
