You are in need of and hold the power to a redefine if you positively answer to the following two (2) questions. One: Do you ever have the nagging feeling (on the inside) that there’s gotta be more to your life than there presently is? Two: Have you ever looked at another person’s (peer’s) life, marriage, financial status, or career and wondered, “What’s wrong with me?”
Well, the beauty is, you are not alone. Many people believe and think that they are the exception when it comes to success and prosperity. They often feel powerless and victimized as they have tried everything they know, but have come up empty every time.
Others have had short stints of success but despairingly long stints of trials, tribulations, setbacks and lack. Thus, they have handed over authority to undermining maxims such as: “Life happens”, “All good things have an end”, etc.
The good thing is that each one of us has the power to redefine himself/herself, and consequently his/her life. In fact, your power to choose the direction of your life is what allows you to redefine yourself. Further, you will be able to change your future, and to powerfully influence the rest of the creation around you.
Despite being defined as a pain by his mother (and family, ofcourse), Jabez (1 Chronicles 4:9-10) decided to redefine himself as God (his Creator) had predefined him (as being blessed – Genesis 1:28). He, therefore, cried out to God to bless him and enlarge his territory; to be with him and free him from his past. And, without fail, God granted his request.
You too, like Jabez, can redefine yourself and your life; you can make a decision to break free from the past and it’s limitations. Actually, you can resolve to be redefined by God, the Creator.
