”He sought God during the days of Zechariah, who instructed him in the fear of God. As long as he sought the Lord, God gave him success.

Seek God and succeed
“Seek God and succeed” (2 Chronicles 26:5) is a great truth/principle from the life of King Uzziah. And it is a truth that you as a believer should follow as a model for your life.
As long as David sought the LORD, God made him successful. He prospered through military victories, a growth-oriented national agricultural industry, and a strengthened national defense. And He can prosper you too, as long as you will seek Him.
Therefore, prosperity from God is what accompanies the pursuit of Him. When you pursue God, you will experience prosperity from Him. This is because a seeker always finds what He was seeking (Matthew 7:7).
But most of us most of the time forget to pursue God in all our matters. We forget to seek guidance from God.
God wants you to prosper
Yet God wants you to have a prosperous life. A life that is full of the prosperity that comes by pursuing Him. He definitely has good things in store for you.
Take the example of Abraham, who God promised to make a great nation and to bless him and to make his name great (Genesis 12:2). And also the example of Israel (Abraham’s descendants), whom God promised to deliver from Egypt into a good and broad land flowing with milk and honey (Exodus 3:8).
But life will not be easy
However, this doesn’t mean that life will always be easy. And Jesus also warned us that we would have trouble in this world (John 16:33).
Consequently, challenges will be present in our lives. But when we follow God’s guidance and plan, He will fulfill us fully. And we shall be joyed.
Seek God
Therefore, if today you’re considering a move/step to take, then seek God concerning the same. Commit your plans to Him (Proverbs 16:3). And be open to God’s leading. God will show you what to do.
Additionally, be open to hearing from God, and act on what you hear. Obedience is key.
More often than not, God might ask you to do or go somewhere that might seem difficult or different than what you expected. And your best option would be to obey God regardless of your thoughts or feelings.
Nevertheless, trust God’s leading. God will not tell you to do something that will hurt you, or go somewhere where you will get hurt in the long run. Trust Him and get His guidance when making decisions.
Prayer/Blessing
May you experience success as you seek God. Amen.
