Wonders and Miracles performing God
Job 5:9 inspired the theme of Wonders and Miracles performing God, which is further inspired by the fact that God is a performer of wonders and miracles. Therefore, God is a wonder and miracle-performing God.
God is great. His ways are much higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). His thoughts too. That’s why He does wonders that we cannot fathom.
Therefore, the things that God has done are way beyond what we will ever be able to understand. So are what God is doing, and will do in our lives.
Consequently, God’s miracles are so numerous that they cannot even be counted. He promised Abraham that He would make his descendants as numerous as the stars in the sky (Genesis 26:4).
In this verse, Job’s friend, Eliphaz, decides to counsel Job on the exact reason he should seek God. Thus, he highlighted God’s performance of wonders and miracles.
So, remove anything hindering you from running fully to God and seeking Him. He is a performer of wonders and miracles. Therefore, He will perform these in your life.
God has a lifetime of wonders and miracles ahead for you. But He can’t perform these in your life if you are too stubborn or prideful.
Therefore, don’t block your wonder-and-miracle-working God from doing amazing things in your life. Just as He did all through what is recorded in the Bible, He still wants to restore, redeem, heal and love you beyond what you could ask or imagine. So let Him do it to you!
Prayer
Lord, You are Great! You do mighty things and there is no one like You. I invite You to work miracles in my life. And this is my prayer in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
