Nothing is Hidden from God
Hebrews 4:13 declares that “nothing is hidden from God’s sight”. That is, God knows everything because He is omniscient. Therefore, everything, particularly sin, is open and exposed before God.
Remember, God is also omnipresent (He is everywhere at the same time) and omnipotent (He has unlimited power). No wonder nothing is hidden from God’s eyes!
The Bible says that God sits enthroned in heaven as King of kings and Lord of lords. He is, therefore, able to know and see all things because His eyes roam the earth.
Therefore, God knows the real you (Hebrews 4:12) and loves you anyway (Psalm 103:8-13). He knows what you need and when you need it. Jesus Christ is the means to God’s love and provision for you (Hebrews 4:14-16).
Prayer/Blessing
Lord God, stand in awe of Your knowledge. I surrender unto You that You may love and provide for me according to your will. I pray this in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Prayer to Receive and Believe in Jesus Christ
Lord, I want to be loved and provided for by You. Therefore, I confess that I am a sinner separated from you. I am truly sorry and would like to turn away from my sinful past to you. Please forgive my sins and keep me away from temptation and sin. I believe that your only Son, Jesus Christ, died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, and is alive. I invite you Jesus to come into my life and become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey you, and to do your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus’ Name, I pray, Amen.
